I was very disappointed to hear this about the Better Business Bureau (BBB) on 20/20 this weekend. I look up most companies I want to do business with and I often use the BBB as a reliable source! Now I am not so sure, check out this video from 20/20. They do some undercover investigation and also interview the BBB so you do get both sides. What do you all think?
